Jaime has been reading for as long as she can remember. And as long as her family can remember, she can completely disappear into the pages of a good story (to the annoyance of those who try to get her attention). She loves the power of the written word, and has embraced and explored that for many years as an author, a newspaper writer and proofreader, corporate social media coordinator, freelance content writer and editor, and in her day job managing a large team of writers and editors at a digital marketing agency. She is the author of two non-fiction books with a small press and writes MG & YA speculative fiction. She is dedicated to building writers and has served on the Board of Directors for a national writers guild and helped to run a large writers conference for over a decade.
Jaime is a mother of 3 who is addicted to running, reading, and watermelon. Her strangest trait might be that she doesn’t like chocolate (truly). Music is her greatest writing muse, and she is slightly obsessed with cinematic music covers. Her family might argue that she has workaholic tendencies, but she asserts that she simply isn’t good at sitting still.
